World Englishes Course

Although I was there for the start of the conference, then I have to leave during the middle of it. It was quite a shame that I didn't have the chance to know more about how Taiwan contribute to global warming. Although I had a slite idea of some part like the wind mill and the water power, but I wish I can have more knowledge about this issue.
